A division of the Priestly Hunt Aircraft Corporation was formed in mid-1956 at Culver City, California, to acquire the assets of Culver Aircraft Corporation which became bankrupt in 1946. Put into production the Superior Satellite, a two-seat low-wing cabin monoplane, derived from the Culver Model V.
In 1958 rights were sold to California Aero Corp, Tracy CA.
The two-seat Little Bear is a Piper Cub representation.

The canard Duckling was a project of the Supaero school in the 1970s. Though it seemed successful, its development has never reached flight test.
Since 2003 it has been kept at Conservatory of L’Air de l’Espace d’Aquitaine (CAAS), the Bordeaux-Merignac (France).

The 1937 Sundorph Aeronautical Corp A-1 Special was a four-place racer with metal fuselage and fabric-covered wood-frame wing, registered NR2599 c/n 2.
Powered by a 225hp Jacobs L-4 engine, it developed wing flutter in the 1937 Bendix race and was never flown again.
In 1932 Sundorph Aeronautical Corp of Cleveland OH. Built a two-place open cockpit monoplane. Registered NX12886 c/n 1, it was powered by a 100hp ACE (Cirrus) engine.
