Leichtflugzeuge-Entwicklungen Dipl Ing Hermann Mylius

Germany
Marketed the single-seat MY-102 aerobatic and towing aircraft, two-seat MY-103 in Standard and Basic Trainer variants, and four-seat MY-104 for touring, IFR training and other uses. All are low-wing monoplanes based on a common modular design, with interchangeable sub-structures.

Myasishchev

Vladimir Myasishchev’s design career included association with the ANT-16 and ANT-29 before work began, in 1940, on prototype DVB-102 twin-engined bomber.

New bureau established 1951 to develop four-jet long-range heavy bomber, which became Mya-4 Molot (NATO codename: Bison), first flown January 1953; also served as maritime research aircraft and finally as tanker and heavylift transport.

Designed M-52 Bounderiour-\e\ delta-winged strategic bomber seen at 1961 Soviet Aviation Day display, but not put into production. Produced II-22 airborne command post, as converted llyushin 11-18 airliner. Important M-17 first flew in May 1982, having been designed originally in early 1970s as high-altitude reconnaissance balloon interceptor but developed into M-17/M-55 high altitude reconnaissance and ecological monitoring aircraft. Small civil aircraft include pressurized and single turboprop eight-seat M-101 Gzhel (first flown 1995) and M- 201 Sokol twin-engined version, with projects covering M-202PW Olen enlarged development of the Indian Saras, M-203PW Barsuk radial-engined general-purpose transport, and M-500 piston-engined agricultural monoplane suited also to other roles.

Myasishchev died on 14th October 1978

MVP.Aero Inc

MVP.Aero Inc has its design and engineering team in Duluth, Minnesota, with management and administration based in Minneapolis. In January 2016 it was announced that the Model 3 will be built in Brunswick, Maine.

The Model 3’s lead designer, Mike Van Staagen, is a former Cirrus Aircraft engineer who played a key role in the design and development of the Cirrus Vision SF50 personal jet, as well as the Cirrus SR20 and SR22 composite light aircraft.

Mustang Aeronautics

1997-2009: 1470 Temple City Troy, MI 48084, USA.

The president of Mustang Aeronautics is Chris Tieman. Chris earned a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and has a background in metal fabrication. He acquired his pilots license in 1986 and soon began looking for something to build that was faster and more economical than the average factory airplane. The Mustang II was the best choice for the desired requirements so plans were purchased and construction started.

When Robert Bushby decided to retire in 1992 Chris’ hobby of home kitplane builder became his profession. Mustang Aeronautics, Inc. acquired the design rights from Robert Bushby in March 1992 for both the Midget Mustang and Mustang II aircraft. Located just north of Detroit in Troy, Michigan. His background in aeronautical engineering and architectural aluminum are evident in today’s complete kits that have reduced build times dramatically. New manufacturing processes have simplified the kits yet still maintained the economy of the Mustang through improved manufacturing efficiency.

Mureaux

Significant products included Vickers Vimys and Breguet 14s during the 1920s. Under head designer André Brunet, it also produced a few original parasol-winged monoplanes that eventually led to the firm’s greatest success, the 113 military reconnaissance aircraft of 1931 and its derivatives.

In 1928, it purchased French seaplane manufacturer Besson.

Developed a number of military prototypes including Mureaux 115.R2 two-seat fighter and Mureaux 200.A3 two/three-seat reconnaissance derivative, both with Hispano- Suiza 12Y engine; also Mureaux 190 single-seat fighter.

Les Ateliers de Construction du Nord de la France et des Mureaux, headquartered at Mureaux, Seine-et-Oise, amalgamated with Ateliers de Construction du Nord de la France in 1930, nationalized and absorbed into SNCAN March 1,1937, CAMS, and part of Breguet.

Muller

Boots und Flugzeugbau Gebr Muller
Germany
Brothers Jacob and Philipp Muller formed Boots und Flugzeugbau Gebr Muller at Darmstadt in 1908, manufacturing parts for Voisin aircraft being built under license by August Euler. After First World War developed several light aircraft, including GMG V two-seat cabin monoplane with Argus As.16 or BMW Xa engine.

Müller, Jacques V.

Jacques V. Müller was born in Luxembourg in 1881 and emigrated to the USA in 1900 to join his sister, who ran a farm there. He settled in Salina, Kansas, where he experimented with balloons and from 1909 reportedly built four airplanes. In 1914 he returned to Luxembourg, where he started a mine and a pigment factory.
