Built by Robert C Stroop at Jacksonville in 1932, the Scout was a major conversion of a Thomas-Morse Scout into a parasol monoplane to test Stroop’s arcuate aileron system. A single-place powered by an 80hp LeRhône rotary engine, only one was built.
