The Aerial Model B first appeared in 1941.
In February 1942 Aerial Aircraft Inc changed its name to Steaman Aircraft Company (not related to the Stearman Aircraft Company).
Production of the Model B resumed in 1944 when three were built.
The Models A, B, and C differed with the engines.
