In the 1930 C.1 competition for a single seat fighter, about 31 or 32 entries were submitted. The Kellner-Bechereau KB-29 was a single seat fighter project, for this contest. Developed from the KB-28 racer, it was powered by one 450 hp Delage 12 Gvis engine.
