Business Air Craft Corporation, formed on July 15,1963 to combine Howard Aero Inc, Alamo Air Service and Alamo Aviation Inc in a single company. Continued production of the Howard 500 12/16-seat transport, the similar 350 and 250 under the respective designations BACC BA400, Models H-350 and H-250.
