Company chairman and chief design engineer is August Bellanca, whose father founded the original Bellanca Aircraft Corporation. Has developed the SkyRocket III six-seat composites cabin monoplane (first flown 1995 in Sky-Rocket II prototype form), which has been marketed in kit form and was intended also to be certificated for full assembled production.
