New in 1998, the Bagheera is a blend of the best of its predecessors from APCO designers, deriving its origins from two: TIGRA-embodying the well-proven top performance on the cutting edge of paraglider technology and FUTURA- with over 1000 gliders sold, evidence of unsurpassed record of safety and stability. With its vastly improved handling, Bagheera answers to the demands of most pilots. In order to meet the requirements of new Serial class competition rules, the Bagheera was re-certified in competition rigging configuration. The only difference between the Bagheera and the Bagheera comp is the type of line used. The Bagheera comp has unsheathed Aramid lines. The line lengths are all identical. The Bagheera has been certified Afnor Performance in all sizes with unsheathed comp lines.
