A portable standard Rogallo, the Streaker’s frame consists of 5 foot tubes that connect by means of internal sleeving. It requires no tools for assembly. Extremes of the frame are permanently plugged with hardwood dowels.
The glider fits into a 5 foot by 10in diameter storage bag. The connection of cables to the control bar had clevis hookup as optional.
All tubing is 6061-T6 1.5in x .058 aluminium. The control bar is 6061-T4 0.125 tubing. All rigging is stainless steel 3/32in 7×7 aircraft quality cable, double nico pressed. Hardware is Grade 8 aircraft quality plated tangs.
The sails are a combination of nylon and dacron. The main body sail is made of 1.9oz ripstop nylon, and 3.8oz dacron is used where strength is of prime importance. It was available in any combination of 6 colours.
A choice of seated or prone harness was available.
